Flood Defence Manual Deadlocking
The MICO FL INT-3 MD3 is a high security flood lock with a surface-mounted three-point bolt system that can be unlocked externally via a key cylinder allowing the user to depress the Lever Handle and retract the shoot bolt.
Whilst also providing MICO’s high-security multipoint protection, the Flood Lock is designed specifically to provide a watertight seal whenever the door is closed, providing a high level of protection for buildings with an increased risk of flooding.
OPERATION
Surface mounted high-security multipoint locking system with an integrated mechanical manual deadlocking system, allowing for uninterrupted passage when unlocked that can be deadlocked by key at night.
Entry Method: Mechanical key entry via Key Cylinder and Lever Handle (Designed with Scandinavian Oval Rim Cylinder as standard, although other profiles are available on request).
Exit Method: Rotate Thumbturn or key cylinder and depress Lever Handle to open as standard.
