EVO Over Deadlock

The MICO EVO Over Deadlock Range of bespoke multipoint point, surface fitted locking devices offers an additional overlocking operation using a master key alongside the typical automatic deadlocking (AD), manual deadlocking (MD) and electro-mechanical (EM) access control operations.

This overlocking functionality restricts and stops other subordinate thumbturns, push pad and key access systems, with a visual indicator to display when this is in effect.

The Over Deadlock can also be specified with a Single Action to Escape (SATE) system even when overlocked via Push bar, push pad, full width push plate or heavy-duty lever to meet the mandatory BS EN 179 Emergency Escape.

External key access is provided as standard on the Over Deadlock Range from LPS 1175 SR2 up to SR6 rated cylinder guard protection.

OPERATION

Entry Method: Mechanical key entry or access control system via lever handle.

Exit Method: Mechanical key to unlock overlocking system, then either thumbturn, access control system or single action to escape via lever handle, push pad or push bar.
