2022 has been a year of considerable change, transition and exceptional achievements only possible thanks to the hard work of our expanding team.
 
Here are just a few highlights of our year.

FURTHER EXPANSION
Tindall Engineering has grown exponentially over the past few years, and early in the new year we will officially open our third unit and accompanying offices.
 
Our expansion has included installing and utilising a suite of advanced manufacturing equipment, to allow further creation and intense testing of high-end security equipment.
 
We have also started the groundwork to improve and expand our showroom, where we demonstrate our ever-evolving line of MICO products to new and existing customers.

ADVANCED PRODUCT LAUNCHES
With investment in new facilities and an expanding technical team comes new products. Over the past year, we have been delighted to introduce several new MICO products to market, a credit to our exceptionally dedicated team.
 
The first and most eagerly anticipated of these was our launch of the Navis-Shield, an LPS 1175 (B5 & C5) accredited, corrosion-resistant shielded locking system, designed with the versatility, protection and technology needed to withstand the harshest environments.
 
This is only the start for our fast-paced, technologically-driven approach to physical security, with major new products set to launch throughout 2023.
 
We’ll be showcasing our 2023 product launches at Intersec Dubai in January, ATLAS 23 in February and at ISE in September.

INVESTING IN THE FUTURE
As well as investment in our product lines and production facilities, our commitment to investing in our people has continued throughout 2022.
 
We have brought several new apprentices on board. And, as a welcome gift, our engineering apprentices each receive a kitted-out toolbox. A practical reminder of our commitment, giving them the tools they need to achieve long-term success in the security industry.

Our expertise and specialisation are in high demand, leading us to many bespoke collaborations with other specialist security companies. 
 
One of our most noteworthy collaborations of 2022 has been with dormakaba. Together, we married Tindall’s extensive physical security knowledge with dormakaba’s advanced keyless technology, to create a smart locking system that protects facilities from digital and physical security challenges.
