MICO INTERGALACTIC SPACE ADVENTURE

Following on from our collaboration with the Sky TV Drama COBRA, we are extremely delighted to announce that MICO products are featuring in the new critically acclaimed Sky TV drama INTERGALACTIC airing this month.

The futuristic drama is set 150 years in the future and is described as a cross between a prison break drama and an epic space opera, the series follows Ash Harper, a galactic cop who is wrongly convicted of a crime and sent to live on a distant prison colony.

We were commissioned to manufacture bespoke door hardware for the main prisoner transport ship “The Hemlock” and were challenged to create an industrial feel combined with a futuristic look.

Our SPECIAL PROJECTS DIVISION collaborated directly with the INTERGALACTIC production design teams and set designers to deliver a range of completely bespoke Hinges, Locks and Door Hardware for the Submarine Style Airlock Doors and Laboratory Enclosure doors used on the set of “The Hemlock” and “The Phoenix”.
