In House Cycle Testing

The MICO Quality and Engineering Department was originally established to monitor and ensure that the high level of internal quality standard, which we pride ourselves on, is continuously challenged and improved on wherever possible.
One of the main methods that our Q&E Department uses is the continuous in-house testing program which allows us to fully understand the performance of our components, sub-assemblies and locking ranges which in turn improves the life expectancy of our products and gives the end-user full confidence in specifying MICO product in the most demanding of environments.

Our internal testing programme is designed to complement and work alongside the established independent external testing programme that already certifies the MICO ranges and the most robust locking systems on the market for physical attack, operational endurance, blast and ballistic attack or corrosion resistance.

Checking the strength of the main actuator spring and making sure the screws do not become lose over time from impact to the actuator.
OUTCOME:
Successfully achieved over 1 million cycles (1,000,000 cycles).
