MICRO-SWITCHING (Bolt status monitoring)
A micro-switch fitted to the internal mechanism monitors the multi-point locking shoots ensuring that they are fully extended when the door is closed. The micro-switch can be linked direct to an alarm system, interlock system, or to activate a CCTV or other monitoring equipment for off site surveillance.
Micro-switches fitted to the internal MICO mechanism can be incorporated into solenoid technology. This enables high security multi-point locking to be incorporated within access control or building management systems.
